As Vice President of Strategic Development at Midwest Compressor, Jason LeGrande is the guy with the map, the compass, and a knack for finding opportunity where others just see pipelines. He leads the company’s long-term vision by uncovering new markets, forging strategic partnerships, and spearheading high-impact initiatives that drive sustainable sales growth. With more than 14 years of experience in the energy services sector, Jason knows how to scale sales and operations without losing sight of strategy—or his sense of humor. Before joining Midwest Compressor, Jason served in senior leadership roles at two oil and gas services companies, where he helped transform business units, build rock-solid teams, and make spreadsheets slightly less boring.
A champion of innovation, sustainability, and professional development, Jason is passionate about building high-performing teams and mentoring future leaders. He remains active in key industry associations—because networking is just business-speak for making new friends with mutual interests. Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana Tech University, which he swears was not just an excuse to eat more crawfish. When he’s not charting the company’s next big move, you’ll find Jason traveling with his family, hitting the golf course (with wildly inconsistent results), or volunteering with organizations that support the homeless and underserved.
